Is there weed delivery in Oklahoma?

Straight answer

No. State rules bar every licensed business from delivering to patients or caregivers. The one legal drop-off is a licensed caregiver bringing it to the patients they serve. Everyone else picks it up at a licensed store, card in hand.

How pickup works

Every legal sale ends at a licensed store, and this page of our Oklahoma dispensary guide covers how to grab it.

  • Bring the card. The store confirms your license in the state's system before every sale.
  • Sealed packages. Flower comes pre-packed from half a gram to 3 ounces and leaves in an opaque container and a child-resistant bag.
  • Drive-throughs. Some stores run one. We haven't found a current rule on them, so call ahead.
  • Paying. Ways to pay are in paying at Oklahoma dispensaries.

The caregiver exception

The only legal drop-off is a caregiver's. A homebound patient's physician certifies the need, the caregiver license is free, and one caregiver can serve up to five patients. Caregivers can buy, carry and give it to their patients, but can't use it unless they're patients too.

Transporter licenses move product between businesses only, never to customers. One quirk worth knowing. A licensed processor can turn a patient's own flower into concentrate for them, up to 1 ounce per transaction.

How to spot an unlicensed seller

Anyone offering to drop cannabis at your door isn't licensed. Selling or holding it to sell without a license is a felony with a fine up to $20,000.

Smoke shops selling hemp and THCA aren't dispensaries, and the regulator has no say over them. Its director told an advisory council in 2025 that hemp-derived THCA is illegal under state drug law, and a federal 0.4 mg cap strips most of it of hemp status on December 11, 2026. Real stores post their license inside, every package carries the universal THC symbol, and you can check any license in OMMA Verify. The state-by-state list is in our which states allow weed delivery guide.
