Official rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Pass It sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is run by Vibe Metrix AI, PO Box 2473, Virginia Beach, VA 23450 ("Sponsor"), the owner of Alexis 420. Questions: alexis@alexis420.com.
2. Two drawings
The Sweepstakes has two separate drawings each period: the Shop drawing, for dispensaries listed on Alexis 420, and the Shopper drawing, for consumers.
3. Who can enter
Shopper drawing: legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 or older when they enter. Shop drawing: the owner or an authorized manager, 21 or older, of a dispensary that holds an active state license and is listed on Alexis 420; the prize goes to the shop. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families and households cannot enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Entry periods
The first entry period starts October 18, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends November 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. After that, each entry period runs from the first day of a calendar month through the second-to-last day of that month at 11:59 PM ET. Sponsor's clock is the official clock.
5. How to enter
Do any of the actions listed on this page for your drawing, then submit the entry form on this page. Shops enter while logged in to their Alexis 420 owner account. Shoppers must confirm their entry with the link emailed to them; unconfirmed entries do not count. One entry per shop and one per email address per period; entering again in the same period updates your entry. Each action earns the number of entries shown on this page. Maximum per person or shop, per period: Shop drawing 11 entries, Shopper drawing 8 entries. "Bring your people" counts only friends who send their own eligible entry and name you, up to 3. Sponsor checks every action; actions that cannot be confirmed do not count.
Free method of entry: email alexis@alexis420.com with the subject "Pass It", your full name, your state, and, for the Shop drawing, your shop's name. A free entry receives the maximum number of entries for that drawing (11 or 8). One free entry per person or shop per period.
Entries that are late, incomplete, automated, or sent from multiple or fake accounts are void. Social media posts must follow the rules of the platform they are posted on.
6. Drawing and odds
On the last day of each entry month (the first drawing is November 30, 2026), Sponsor draws one winner for each drawing at random from all eligible entries received in that period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prizes
Shopper drawing: one $100 Visa gift card and one Alexis 420 hoodie (approximate retail value $160). Shop drawing: six months of the Alexis 420 Featured plan (approximate retail value $594), one week as Top Shop on the alexis420.com homepage, and one post about the shop on Alexis 420's social media accounts. If the winning shop already pays for Featured, the six months are added after its current paid period. No prize is cannabis, a cannabis product, or redeemable for cannabis. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Gift card terms and conditions apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes.
8. Winner notice
Winners are told by email within 3 days of the drawing and must reply within 7 days, confirming eligibility and a US mailing address for physical prizes. A winner who does not reply in time, or is not eligible, forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be drawn. Sponsor may ask for proof of age and identity.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, winners agree that Sponsor may share their first name and state (Shopper) or shop name and city (Shop) on Alexis 420 and its social accounts, without further payment.
10. General
By entering, you agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, breaks these rules, or acts in a disruptive way, and may cancel or change the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems or other causes outside its control affect it. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or emails. To the extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor from liability for any injury, loss or damage connected with the Sweepstakes or a prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
11. Not sponsored by social platforms
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Meta, X, Pinterest or any other platform. Information you send goes to Sponsor, not to them.
12. Privacy
Sponsor uses entry information only to run the Sweepstakes and contact winners, as described in our privacy policy.
13. Winners list
For the names of winners, email alexis@alexis420.com with the subject "Pass It winners" within 60 days of a drawing.
