Hawaii
Licensed medical dispensaries cannot transport cannabis off site to patients or caregivers, so patients must buy in person at a retail dispensing location.
Illinois
Home delivery is not allowed; since June 12, 2026, dispensaries may serve customers through a drive-through window or at a pickup spot on the dispensary's own sidewalk or parking lot.
