Buying as a visitor
Visitors shop the same 226 licensed stores as locals, and this page of our Missouri dispensary guide covers what changes for you. Mostly, nothing does. The rules define an adult-use buyer by age alone, with no residency rule, so you get the full limit.
Any US driver's license works. Stores may accept an equivalent medical card from another state but don't have to, and since the card has no residency rule, visitors can even get a Missouri card through a Missouri clinician. The caps are in our Missouri purchase limits tool.
